That was bloody quick

They look almost white :? If they were darker then I would have chanced them, I want some nice amberwalls for the Kili.

Thanks and appreciated the very quick response 8)

its too wet and cold to venture into the shed now but i dont recall any sidewall fraying. they need a bit of a clean but as far as i know they are structurally sound. happy to issue refunds on any of my stuff if people are not happy

As for catching fossils i haven't the first clue, all i ever found when with him is boredom

whats that flying scotsman book all about then?

dave 8)

he was famous back in the day for "making his bike out of a washing machine" for the olympics.

its written by graeme obree. he was a track cyclist at the peak of his fame at the same time as chris boardman. what made me buy the book was the following...

he was going for the track 1 hour record, did months of training and prep for that one hour. the time came and he went for it and sadly failed. what staggered me is that instead of going home and recovbering and training again he arranged to do it again the following day. no recovery etc and smashed the record.

what i didnt know was the mental aqnguish he had/has to deal with having had not the best of childhoods, including being forced th interfere with his brother. not pleasant reading.

it is an awesome book. i dont care much for road/ track but its well worth reading
