I'm up at Robin Hoods bay that weekend (bank holiday) and wondered if anyone fancied a rerun of Septembers Goatland ride ?

Ooooh don't know what I'm doing yet but that was a cracking ride. I thought at first you meant March, but thats a Monday. You did mean May - 2 months away?

Giving you alla bit of notice lol, just a suggestion as if nobody fancies it I'll be planning a ride from Robin Hoods Bay but I thought it was good too .

I have a ride planned on the same day....

Temple newsam+bygone bikes.

The bygone bikes is a regional get-together of some real classic metal, 19th century stuff too!

Have a skeg here....viewtopic.php?f=5&t=265322&start=10

Rumor has it that the next meet is that saturday, so i decided to hold the ride on the same day, considering how close(200yrds) they are :)
The idea is to have a mooch round early doors (9-9:30 ish then ride as normal. Those not able or bothered with it can see us in carpark for rendezvous, as we pass the carpark to connect with planned trails.

So, i won't be able to visit goathland. :)

Sorry Marc but I'll have to miss that as I'm away for the weekend up at Robin Hoods Bay and I'm Trialling on the Sunday .

I only suggested it because I'm in the area and didn't know about Marc's planned "official" ride so it may not be "good form" to play on the moors when there's an proper ride organised , no choosing please go on the proper ride and support the organisers please , if you've no intentions of going on the Temple Newsam ride then I'm happy for company .

Well, i'm cool about it, you weren't to know and I jumped on a opportunity to combine the ride with a vintage show.
As it is a Bank hols weekend the two offerings gives a regional double bill for riders not wishing to travel too far from their home.

One will be 'official' and the other a 'If you are not busy.....' nothing wrong with that. 8)
