Glue ?

I need to attach a mech hanger on a frame ( alu ) . what is the best way of doing that knowing that I cant weld it or bolt it on ?

is there some king of glue , available in B and Q , I can get to do the job . It doesnt need to be superstrong but strong enough when I take back wheel off .
