This Girvin Flexstem can only described as in near mint condition , it has storage marks from being in a cardboard box but it has only been placed on a project I was doing but the reach was too much. It has the blue elastomer at all red bolt on hanger and a aluminium quill 25.4 in diameter
and a reach of 150mm all the decals are intact no damage to them.
