I would like to send a bicycle to England and have no idea about it, no tools, etc.

Packaging, I’d expect to be the usual needing to box it up - in the UK I’ve just gone and asked at my local bike shops if I can have a box spare from any bikes they’ve had delivered to the shop. As for tools, you’ll need to partially disassemble the bike to fit in the box: remove wheels and pedals, and loosen/remove handle bars so that the can fit. You’ll also need to add some packing protection so that parts do not run against each other.
Customs etc. Is now more painful due to the joy of Brexit.
Shipping providers, only shipped from UK, but I’d imagine that the usual “global” providers (DHL/UPS etc) will have a service, there may be local companies to you who act as the agent/front end for this also.
