got it...the apps you can get are amazing..im now looking for a free ebook reader and media player ....just soooo many to look at.ps just figured how to connect to my pc...only took 2 hours....should read the instructions sometimes...

I'm due an upgrade and am toying with an X10 - the spec is LUSH. . . but the final decision-maker will be camera quality..

It's got to be my current N95 8GB by a decent margin which could mean it's either Satio or Vivaz for me...

And my monthly contract budget is £30 MAX..... cheapest I've found for the X10 so far is £35...

Tried them and the X10 is in a different class. The Android operating system is super smooth and the way forward for smart phones. The camera is not it's strongest feature with a few quirky features, like smile detection and no conventional flash, but at 8mp it gets the job done.

I hear ya. .

Really want a bit more than gets the job done from the camera though..

Same MP as the Vivaz though, and that's just LED 'flash' too so I would expect it to be equivalent to that in the pic quality dept.......

In no mad rush, will sit back and make the right decidion (that'd be a first). . .

Ive got an htc magic and its superb - the new legend and desire phones are even better! It should also be noted I'm a roof gardener so my phones have a hard life, not a problem with htc!
