I think it's a good deal. Have one myself, not gone ss, but have gone rear gears only and full xtr m95x. It's a sweet ride and weighs very little, so having no gears and only one cog at the back, think you'd get close to 20lb. Mine is 24lb and also has front suspension. Someone should take up the challenge as these are nice frames!
