Got to love a bianchi!

Strange mix of celeste and black though... is the black original on the forks and stays, or has someone overpainted the chrome?

Also why is there a cinelli logo on the chain stay?

The forks and rear triangle are crome but have been professionally painted over. The cinelli sticker has just been put on and can easily taken off.
