Geared On One Inbred 'needed' 20" frame

Desperately seeking above bike - don't mind if I have to add bits and pieces. Would very much prefer v brakes and rigid forks but not definite. Hope this is the right place to put this plea.

Can you chop a few inches off your legs? I've a 16 inch frame for sale at the minute
