Pace RC38 Airforce Race with lockout. 1" ahead steerer that is 210mm long. Still seem to hold air and in good condition. £80

Interested in the forks.

Does anyone know if the crown/stanchion/steerer assembly is available aftermarket (is so how much)? If not is it possible to get reducers to allow a 1" steerer to fit a 1-1/8" headset and stem?

Don't know if that assembly is available or whether it would be cost effective to do the change. You could ask forum member justbackdated as he services Pace forks. Alternatively something like a Chris King Devolution headset which allows you to run 1" forks in a 1 1/8" headtube could be an option.
