Is the sram cassette shimano compatible?

I am pretty certain it is...97%. It might be worth checking elsewhere though. I was going to run it with an xt rear mech and shimano chain but then ditched the 8 speed shifter so never needed it.

Anyone? Can I run that cassette on a Shimano hub with big S shifters and...Let's face it everything else on the drive train is Shimano. Will it fit together and will it index?

It'll fit on a shimano hub alright, It'll run a shimano narrow chain thing, It should work with a shimano rear mech...I don't know what big s shifters are...we need an expert
