Fuquays vs Fakeuays...

Greg Fuquay's been in touch with me from Alabama with a warning that there might be some generic far-eastern frames around with Fuquay stickers on...

He says:

I have learned that some fake Fuquays may exist in the Ipswich area. Could you caution the general mtb public of this possibility? I have not made any frames since '99. I think it would be obvious to most old guys if a frame was made by me or not but it is bothering me.


And I'm sure that you lot can tell the difference too, but I said I'd pass the word on.

Nice to know Greg still has his eye on the biking world.

The only ones I've seen recently were a couple of alu frames (I know nothing abbout these), Greg's risse / amp bike and a couple of CX bikes.

Luckily I know the history of mine, could do with some decals but I loving the stealth look do you still own your geared CMR Chipps?
