Hi, ive got to make a decision this weekend with what to do with the Funk frame,do i get it high polished or painted, and before you all start saying the 'P' word its not going pink, lol.
I know that most Funks ive seen have been sprinkled with some pretty trick kit so is this the same when it comes to paint or does it have to be a certain colour scheme to keep the tradition, any opinions and colours welcome.

Thanks

Andy;-)

As I said in your Readers Bikes thread
Yellow through to red
Break the tradition and do something different! 8)

Do a mock up in MS paint and have a play.......but you know the above makes sense

Is that yellow front?

Personally, I'd go for yellow to red.

However, red to yellow can look good too, so as I said mock up both in MS paint and see how they come out

If you can, post both up here and we'll have a look 8)

It's your bike chap but I will say there are a quite a few bare metal Funks on here (mine included - despite the fact that it's still unfinished  ) so maybe something different.

If mine hadn't been so minty in it's nakedness I would have done it Lime Green :)

I have got a colour in mind, there is a dint on toptube and a dig where front mech was, these will probably show if i went polished, thats why im considering painting it.And like you've said theres a few like it already.

There was a guy I used to race against had a pace that got dinged, looked awful :(

So, fill your dings and paint over.

What colour you got in mind then??
