The Funk frame and fork arrived the other day so though I would post some side by side snaps. Of note is the frame with the Funk fork is smaller by about an inch yet seems to have the e-stay mounted higher. Also the pressed in cable guides are missing and the head tube is not relieved as on the later larger frame. Exact years not really sure.

You can also see that the later frame has better welds with the seat stays joining at a lower point on the seat tube. I dont know how but the seller said that the fork came with the optional Ti steerer? Not sure how they could do this though?

Some interesting differences there, mine seems to be a mix of both of yours :? Are you missing a cable stop? (rear mech on seat stay)

Yes the cable stops are missing from the older frame. Anyone know where to get replacements such as the ones below?

seriously beautiful bikes, are they with the curved forks or teh later straight leg ones? I like funks alot, and your pair is a large collection as far as i can tell. I cant wait to see these built they will be as delicious as well.... the last funk i saw. probably less pungent too
