I'm 170 ish and i ride a 52/53cm so I'd say it'll fit nicely. It looks like it's got a very small seat tube, but a long TT. If I was you I'd use a slightly smaller stem up front because of the forks (my one worked best with a shorter stem). It's a bargain so go for it! Use a service like parcel2go (or european equivalent) or write to the guy quickly and offer full money if he ships, he should like that!
