Fuerteventura

Has anyone tried any riding in Fuerteventura? Looking to go for a week in September and the Mrs is allowing me one day out to play. I've spotted that there's a bike hire/guide company in Corralejo where we are going (Easy Riders). Has anyone used them - the routes look good.

I'm sure MBUK went there a long time ago. Paul Hinton did the article I think. Seem to remember they liked the riding a lot!

ME N THE DORIS HIRED MTBS WHEN ON HONEYMOON,oops caps lock. quite baran but i loved it,bit like the moon and morocco,some nice mountains and id of been gutted if i hadnt riden there tbh. i rek youll enjoy it

Yes I seem to recall the MBUK article, unfortunately gave my mags away this winter :roll:

I like what I hear though so I definitely will go for a bit of that

not biking but..hired a jeep to go off road and much of the scenery is sandy/very rocky a great place to ride I would imagine

but not much in the way of places and supplies off the beaten track so go well prepared

One of my sons is out there at the moment .....but i think he will just be lying in the sun and drinking beer
