cheers peter, now tell me that the spider is removable and also how to remove it, the cranks are lightly adonised and it is this which is flaking and needs to be removed before polishing, but if i strip im gonna remove the blue ano also, anythoughts

lol,it was and i do, they come with the 5 arm compact spider so none of that silliness trying to get rings for the four arm thing, though getting good compact rings is bad enough these days,

i might look favourable on you if you could also tell me how to remove this bloody spider
