Found this kicking around in the shed. As above. 350mm long, Very good condition. Light wearing on the lower part. Includes a shim but I'm not sure of the dia. It fitted a 1995 Marin Bear Valley if that helps. The "U" shaped part of the clamp is blue as I lost the original purple one and could only get a blue replacement.
