FS Pace RC31 C Type (Ti inside) rigid forks
440mm A to C (80mm corrected)
1&1/8th steerer 228mm length
Disc only (although of course you can get V brake adaptors)
Decals very good
Stantions very good...just a wee cable rub to lhs (good polish up?)
Some chips to the drop-outs (touch-up?)
A few little patches of corrosion to the steerer tube.
The little rubber O rings that sit between the carbon leg and crown are perished, one has split.
Silly light (no, I do not know the actual weight)

Do you reckon that perished rubber has any structural implications?
Are you sure the 440mm fork is for 80mm and not 100mm? I'm getting a bit confused.
I'm in the market for a pair of these but considering buying some new ones from Pace.

Thanks

Rich

I reckon given the condition of these you'd be damn happy at that price. Pace are selling at £250..

This from the Pace website BTW: 440mm length forks are intended to fit directly onto bikes which were originally designed to take an 80 or 100mm travel suspension fork, whereas the 420mm length version is only intended for older design frames which were designed for rigid forks.

Didn't realise Pace still had some for sale...just emailed them to see if I can get replacement rubber O rings.
Pace claimed weight for these 670g...maybe I should keep them!

Thanks for the information. Not sure you can replace the o-rings as I had thought the rubber was bonded in to the crown/leg joint.

I've got a pair of the 420mm ones and I wouldn't sell them, but contemplating the 440mm ones for a 29er.
