XT rear mech

Thanks for the rear XT mech - nicely packed and will be put to good use - long cage no s**t: it's the longest cage in the known universe...could use a massive gear range with it. I'm used to XTR short cage, which requires huge discipline in gear selection - very fast and slick changes but very limited gear range. Once again, many thanks.
