Hayes Sole Disc Brakes.
No Rotors
No Bolts (to fit to frame/forks)
You'll need to tighten the lever blades up as they're a little rattly (you need 2 x 4mm allen keys - I only have 1)
On the plus side, they're in pretty good condition (most of what you see in the picture is dirt, and the picture makes them look a lot worse than they are) and they're in perfect working order... Oh, and they're cheap as chips
