31.8mm clamp, 685mm width (uncut!), hi rise.
used for two rides easy rides on my singlespeed only...
the only marks are around the stem clamp area where it was mounted in the stem with finish line fibre grip. the stem was tightened to the correct torque with a torque wrench!
