Well..the time has come for me to finally split my bontrager, so first up is this rather nice fork.

Steerer is 1" inch ( of course!) and measures 140mm with about 30mm of thread, this has been cut a little badly by a previous owner but should be easy to tidy up. The eagle eyed may notice that this also has a top hat crown race washer fitted as the steerer was originally from a pace fork - I fitted this at the time as the steerer I received with the fork was too long for my build. That said it's worked absolutely fine for the 5 years or so since fitting.

Condition wise these are really good with some very minor scuffing on the legs from use that was practically impossible to picture, most importantly the dropouts are in great shape and there is no pitting or flaking at all on the chrome. The only real mark of note is a small nick on the top of the crown near the race as but this isn't really noticeable once the forks are fitted. You could always sharpie over this if it really bothers you.

Also included are the all important alloy brake mounting posts, you will however need to source some suitable fixing bolts for whatever brakes you decide to use but this shouldn't be much of an issue.

I would like £175 posted in the UK for these (postage overseas can be negotiated but PM me first). Some pictures are below that will (hopefully) do the talking but I'll be happy to send others if needs be :) SOLD

Are you selling the frame?

The frame is indeed going to be up for sale, as soon as I've finished stripping it! It's a medium late OR/early comp frame (complete with horizontal dropouts) but it does need a little welding work on the seat tube. I'll be noting any interest for the moment though :)

Re:

Also interested in the frame if it's an XL. Joining the end of the queue

Mike

Edit: just re-read, it's a medium :(
