Adapter to allow 6 pin TA rings to be used on 3 pin cranks.
So 116 BCD (I'm pretty sure) to whatever TA is.
Think it just allows use with a single TA ring, but I may be wrong.

Anyway, I got this as part of a deal buying a Campagnolo Sport Crank on here a while back, and now know it's definitely surplus to requirements.
Thought it might be the type of thing that's hard to get hold of, so better than it being in a box for the rest of time it's now here!
No idea if these are hard to find or not, so no idea of price. As I say, I got it with something else I bought, so I'd be happy with...
£10 + £2 or so to cover it being posted recorded delivery (UK).
Will post esewhere at cost.
