FS:2000 Specialized fsr xc comp

I have for sale my 17" medium specialized fsr xc comp.
It has hardly been used by me at all as you can see in the photos, it is in immaculate condition for its age.
Its a fantastic lightweight xc machine.
Spec:
Fox float R
XT 9spd shifters and front mech
XTR rear mech
Manitou Mars fork
Specialized hubs to mavix x223 rims
Hayes Disc Brakes

I have seen one of these in same excellent condition go on ebay for £387 and that was with v brakes so am looking for around that figure.

Swaps

Got a nice 97 Cannondale beast of the East frame with build up kit 16 inch size, no forks, but standard inch and an eigth head tube (Headshocks were a nightmare, worked badly and needed very regular servicing) Could work some sort of swap out?

The bike looks fantastic but i'd be looking to swap for a full bike as funds are limited to the wife and kids nowadays so no spare to spend on bike things. Cheers for offer though.
