getting the call that your car is freshly painted.

nnnnnoooooooooo!!

No, Frustration is paying for your new bike then having to wait 10 sleeps till it gets delivered to the shop.

Simon fed up

Ps only 7 more sleeps to go :( :D

Having found a BMW E39 540i manual, in black with cream leather and less than 80k on the clock (very very rare car with a manual box), but the XJ-S has not sold yet!

I feel for you.

How about needing to buy a shed of a car ( pretty broke ) to get to a possible new job , but seeing something that I'd actually quite like to own and knowing a fair bit about the cars history but still falling short of the meager £1500 asking price .

Moral is don't spank all your wage on bikes because you might need to buy something proper eventually . I'm going to end up with a shitter then In a month or so have the money but the anglebox estate will be gone . Boo . Must keep telling myself the steel prexflow on 40s will cost too much to run daily . Grrr .

I remember seeing it on ebay years ago before stoobys mate bought it . When stooby got it he whipped the engine apart and found it wasn't exactly poverty spec .

Can't really beat no road tax and space for a few bikes in the back .

Never been a fan of the 205 and gti will mean I'd have to pay a few quid extra to insure it too .

I plan to get something just to use , then once I've amassed a few £s get something betterer but it's damn annoying seeing something that's ideal but just out of reach .

that looks really cool. if it were yours what would you do to it? i think i would be fairly happy as it is, apart from the exposed fibre glass - that's never a pleasant sight

got to love this selling point...

It is noisy & smelly & your missus will HATE it.
