Cheap front wheel - Quando hub and no-name alloy rim.
Bought by me a couple of years ago (around £30ish from lbs) to get a bike back on the road and then hardly used. As a result the wear to the braking surface is very minor however the hub does feel a little dry and could possibly benefit from a re-grease.
All-in-all a good clean solid wheel with v. little use. Perfect for winter commuter hack or pub bike.
