front mech 28,6 or larger with shim. now found

looking for a decent 3x9 top pull front mech with a 28.6 band or a 31.8 ect with a shim included,
running sram x9 and x0 so would like similar but also consider xtr
really would prefare a black clamp to match my other parts and budget is £20 posted if you can help out cheers
