Im not so sure looking at it again,the flat on the bottom is deeper than the one on the top,which matches a black one I had (comparing the photos )

I have looked at my ringle zookas

I have 3 with flat bottom and they all have rise

and a zero degree one which like yours has the bit sticking out both sides

No , the one's I have with rise have a flat bottom this would work for you.

but i have another one like yours which has bit sticking out both sides so you cant push it tight to your cable hanger... seems like a spacer between is your best option.

I have two 1" zero rise zooka's.

Both are identical, both have a step on each side.

The steps are slightly different - one side fits the top cap a little nicer
