I think it is a pair. One out of the bag to show details. Would be a slow burn project but it would be fun to build a nice italian CX bike up with FRM.

I remember I was after these for a Bianchi FRM build.
But now they'd be nice on a Paduano or Scapin

Hello, sorry for the delay in my answer. I have front and rear brakes. One opened the bag to check with my hand how it is made and quality. The other one is still the plastic bag. Ciao!
