French frame identification help needed

Just to add a bit more info on this one I found a Lejeune on French ebay that does look very similar to mine. Same raised bottle cage bosses, same little ring on the rear drop out and what look to be the same forks and the same fork ends and drop outs. the only difference I can see is the lugs themselves.

Final update on this one. It's built, it was basically finished a couple of weeks ago but I was waiting on a few trimmy bits so they arrived yesterday and as I'm working from home today thought I'd take it on its maiden ride this lunchtime.
So far so good, it's a lovely quick ride and I was going to sell it as it is really a little big for me but I might have to re think that now.
