A couple of questions
Would a Campagnolo 7 speed Freewheel be compatible with Shimano index shifters ?

And what’s the lightest and coolest (non fragile purely racing) Freewheel out there ? In 7 speed

Can confirm that they work a treat: I have Shimano shifters on a 7 sp Campag block on my roadie.

Campag dural freewheel - light and drool worthy, but hard to find anything much bigger than a 25t rear cog.

One for sale on eBay (not mine)

7 sp practically universal.

For larger sprockets think you will be limited to either Shimano, Suntour or some obscure custom Maillard to be honest.
