Preferably collection from Ipswich ip5.
If anyone in the area can use them. I have a pair of wheels taken from an early noughties Dawes.
They are nothing flash. But they are free if you want them.


weight is 1,800g front & 2,100 rear including QR's (100g steel quarndo ones) & tyres 800g & std tubes.

they spin straight, rear is smooth but front could use a quick service, although it rides fine.

rims; 36 hole alesa alloy -4019-t11-559x19 made in belgium

hubs; Quarndo sovos kt-tech. cup & Cone

spokes; dont know but they are not stainless and have gone rather grey while being stored in the loft.

tyres, if you want them are specialized nimbus ex 26x1.5 flak jackets

I didn't think it would be particularly good value for someone as postage may be quite a bit. Since RM got rid of the standard parcels service prices have rocketed.
I don't mind having a look at sending them, (perhaps via a myhermes or collect+ as a cheaper option) so long as the recipient is happy to forwards the postage cost to me.

I will have a go at packing them up in a bit of cardboard and seeing what the weights/measurements come in at and see what the postage prices would be.
