I was looking for some tyres for my newly acquired Royal Enfield "sit up and beg" roadster. Google came up with some reduced/ sale price ones form a major national retailer, you know the one, H******s. So I went up to have a look, and none in stock.
So, at the weekend, I decided to check again, using the "Click and collect" service. Lo and behold, it told me that they had them, and I could collect in one hour. I waited for three.
And, when I got there.......no, they didn't have them, couldn't find them. Nothing, Zilch Nada.
The chap apologised, and told me he would order them in for Tuesday, and that he would give them to me FOC as I had been in twice :shock: . Result. I now have two free tyres....
Way to go.....
