I've never shipped a frame to the UK. Suggestions anyone?

It might be worth pming retrofit as I have bought a few things from him recently, and the shipping has been reasonably prices and quite quick too.

I've only ever posted to the states, and that is a lottery here, as not cheap and not quick either.
