Puch Theridion Frameset - 18"
Actually a re-branded Bianchi... and they're cool, right? This one has a slightly bent top tube though - see photos
The frameset (frame, forks, headset, stem, bars, grips, saddle, seat post, QR and BB) are free. Yes, free if you collect it.
If you want the u-brake, front cantis, brake/shifter combos and cabling as shown in the pictures that'll be £10 but you'll have to take the frame away too
