I'm sure this is a Muirwoods that has been upgraded BITD. My mate had an identical frame, but it was recalled because they said the paint was dangerous (toxic or radioactive or something)! Not surprising given the glow, but it could make this quite the collectors piece if others went back to the manufacturer.

I have a 1989 MBUK with Sian Roberts??? and her pal riding their team bikes. Both are pine mountains and both are this colour (although I think it's a Muirwoods with fancy bits).

Frame Has been "donated" to Big.Eck in exchange for a donated disk adaptor im needing.

Let me get a chance to look it over and i will pop up the bits left over for exchange or something in the next day or too in the f/s thread ok dudes

For what its worth, it is indeed an 89 Muirwoods with fancy bits, my frame which im trying to get back to that beautiful colour, is currently at the frame builders, after the LBS, a well reknowned and established bike shop i might add, were unable to remove the bottom bracket on one side. fookin thing is costing me a fortune and you pick them up free off the streets

back in the day i stripped that same paint off by hand and my knackers work just fine, and the extra limbs and digits my kids have proven quite handy, now was it really recalled cause it was toxic please,
I have never to this day seen paint that glows like it!
