just offering these up for you ... they are seized, though you can buy a rebuild kit with elastomers and dust shields etc for about $60.
have not opened them up and prob. should toss'em but they are surprisingly lighter than expected.
if interested I will only charge shipping which you will see on meter stamp....hate to throw them away, but I can't use'em. 8" steerer tube.
