The frame is Medium in size and was originally equipped with 26" wheels, although it has lately been used with 700c 32mm and could probably run 650b 45mm

I can measure the frame tomorrow to determine the exact seat tube size

I've measured the seat tube and it's 18.5 inches centre to top.

650b 47 tyre fits with 5mm clearance each side.
