can anyone identify this? looks italian to me am unsure, has a distinctive spearpoint around the seatpost entrance

I'm trying to think of the name of the lugs........Bocama might have supplied them but my memory is a bit flakey.

Any other features on the frame?

Hmm... the forks look a bit English to me. Didn't most Italian forks have a more gradual curve?
