Can anyone tell me the make of this steel racing bike frame from the lugs? As you can see, the frame has recently been sprayed by the previous owner and he thinks it could be an 80s french one. There was no head badge with it. There is a serial number on the bottom bracket which is quite long up (to 8 numbers). i can't see all of them due to the cable plastic guide.There is also stamped Campagnolo on the rear dropout chrome stay.Also a eyelet under the top tube near where the cable goes through?. The rest of the bike is not original.
