Frame Identification - Ohtsuya style BB Shell - 3Rensho?

Hello,

I'm trying to identify this frame, after many hours of trawling the internet I thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone else can shed some light on it.

A bit of back ground. I bought the bike from local guy who had built it using a frame he bought at a jumble. Originally it had been green. He decided that it was closest to a 3Rensho SE and built it to look like that. He has done a nice job and it is a great bike ride, but I'm not totally convinced it is a Rensho.

It has got an Ohtsuya style BB shell which is a feature I have only seen on a 3Rensho.
The seat stays aren't embossed with anything, unlike most 3Renshos.
It has vertical drop outs which I haven't seen on any other 3Renshos.

This is almost certainly one that would be identified on LFGSS if it's a 3Rensho. There are a number of 3Rensho experts over there.
