Cant find anything on this frame help needed frame num k3123299 118 headset 31.6 seatpost up the diagnol tube there is a shadow of a sticker shimano deore xt or xtr

From the dropouts and detailing it looks like an inexpensive mass produced taiwanese product - these were available wholesale, and quite a few people badged them up.
They also appeared in some lower-end brand lineups.
Nothing wrong with them - and yours is a good colour😄
 
They were popular decent quality light and reasonably strong - biggest issue cracking the headtube, specially with those deep headset cups, riding with a loose headset or a long travel fork .

Often Aluforce but I think their frame numbers generally started AF

I think it's like the ones distributed in Spain by the Spanish manufacturer and distributor Macario.
The rear stays are very distinctive, and so is the cable hanger. I remember them in green and gray, although I seem to recall seeing one in polished aluminum on Wallapop recently, but I didn't really pay much attention to it and the photos weren't very good.

Otherwise, it's a really nice color and it would surely look fantastic with an LX or XT engine.
I have a similar Monty; I'll probably do something with it someday, most likely on a 737.
