Like how he listed condition as 'new'. It's a good looking frame actually, shame about the condition. It's not far from me, worth a punt for £30 notes?

It's a great frame, one of my favourites if you've got the time and/or money & inclination to tidy it up, well worth a punt if it's structurally sound. You'll make your money back on the parts if you split it anyway

I'd probably have it if I was local - it was just the listing that amused me!
