I might have a frame resprayed, the frames a shop brand and you definately can't get decals anymore.
What do people do, leave the frame bare except the 653 transfers or have it badged by the restorer?
I'm planning a respray at Bob Jacksons, with re-applied new 531c transfers and a new name of my own invention to replace the original "Raleigh". Jackson's have estimated it will cost about 20 quid for a seven letter name on each side of the downtube. Lacquer will be applied over the vinyl cut letters as usual. Seems like good value. The 531 stickers will also cost of course.
