Frame Blocks for Dent Removal

After dismally failing to freeze my frame to fix a squashed tube, I am after some 1-1/4" diameter frame blocks to try and roll it out. I can only find them in the US, does anyone know of a UK source, or is this a Job for Intrincycle?

Put a matching dent on the other side - it can then be considered a design feature.

can you post photo of the dent? (that won't fix it ofcourse but somebody may offer a sensible suggestion - what are frame blocks anyway?)
