Frame advice (Is it good or is it gas pipe..)

This is located in France, but I have a mate who lives about 20 minutes away.

Pictures aren't great but what remains of the groupset looks reasonable and there is a Columbus sticker on the forks...

Any advice appreciated!

Not seen a Raleigh like that before. Certainly doesn't look like gas pipe and definitely worth 95 worthless European counting beans. I would.

Never seen a Raleigh like that either, Raleigh Lo-Pros seemed to have a straight seat tube and the seat cluster in the normal place. Olmo, Rossi ........

Well worth the Euro IMHO.

Thanks guys... Opened negotiation to buy it... But it will stay with my friend in sw France until I next visit. Should be able to get better pics though. Watch this space.

My limited logic said it must be ok as if you had an Apollo... You wouldn't put your name on the top tube!!
