I don't know I'm afraid, educated guess based on others I have bought and sold etc says it's from 2009 or thereabouts but it's just a guess.
I just acquired it as part of a deal with someone just intending on reselling it as I am doing here now.

Looks like 195x57, which was the standard shock on a Patriot LT.

The age of the shock will be around 2005 or earlier, as that's when the DHX product line came in to replace it.
