... the below has sat unused in the garage / shed. Always had excuses why I couldn't ride it. All it needed was an hours worth of poking, a few minutes on CR / Wiggle / Ebay for parts, an evening fitting them and £15 with the LBS to set up the Maguras.

Get your projects finished and ride them! :D

Easier said than done when you consider I have 5 projects on the go, if I could break the hoarding habit and stick to one at a time it'd be great but something nice always comes along. I feel like I'm just spinning plates :?

as reference my proflex build has been in the project phase for 8 years

^ Exactly that  I even get a little stressed out by the whole situation sometimes

Same here ^^

I have had some success in finishing builds but the temptation the fettle is hard to shake. I should just sell the builds I have had in boxes for years, but I just can't seem to, plus then so.etching nice comes along.

So far this year I've finished an sts, a dynatech and rejigged my rts. Working on a modern pipedream, have a nuke proof reactor on the way, and have 3 builds in boxes, plus a stash large enough to sink a ship.

Good advice about finishing a build though, just ride it once done, unlike me.
