Bit of dissapointing news, after doing a bit of research on tinternet,
753R tubing is recommended for a rider with a maximum weight of 170lbs. . So thats not me then. Trying to loose a couple of stone but will get nowhere near 12st.

Ah wel, refurb it and put it on the bay.

It's getting on, though, and if you weigh more than that performance increases in the weight difference between it and 531 are pretty minimal.
